Open An Account

How do I open an account with DoubleLine Funds?

Shares of our Funds are offered for sale in the United States and its territories only. To invest with DoubleLine, you must be a U.S. Citizen or resident alien. You must also reside in the United States and its territories or have a U.S. Military address.

There are two ways you can open a new DoubleLine Investments account:

  • Print and Mail: Download and print application forms from our web site, www.doublelinefunds.com, “Documents” and mail them to us. The address is provided on the form.
  • Order an Investment Kit by phone: 1‐877‐dline11 or 1‐877‐354‐6311. Once we have your address, we will send you an Investment Kit in the mail with the necessary application forms and a prospectus.

How do I move assets from my employer’s retirement plan (401(k), 403(b), 457, etc.) to DoubleLine Investments?

If you have a 401(k), 403(b) or other certain types of qualified employer plans, you can rollover the assets in these plans to a DoubleLine IRA Rollover Account. To do so, you will need to complete an IRA Transfer Form and an IRA Application available for download in .pdf format. Please mail the completed forms to DoubleLine Funds along with a copy of a recent statement from your existing retirement.

After we receive your completed forms, we will arrange to have your retirement assets transferred to your new DoubleLine Funds account. Please note this process can take up to four weeks.

How do I transfer my non‐DoubleLine IRA account to a new DoubleLine Family of Funds IRA?

Please print and complete the IRA Transfer Form and IRA Application and return the completed forms to the appropriate address listed on the forms.

How can I wire funds?

You may also make a purchase through the Electronic Funds Transfer. Please call U.S. Bancorp at 1‐877­dline11 or 1‐877‐354‐6311 for complete instructions.

How do I change my address?

How do I change my beneficiary on my IRA?

Please call U.S. Bancorp at 1‐877‐dline11 or 1‐877‐354‐6311 and have your account number and social security number available.

How do I change my distribution election?

You may modify your distribution election at anytime by telephoning U.S. Bancorp at 1‐877‐dline11 or 1­877‐354‐6311. Please have your account and social security number available. Capital gains and dividends may be electronically transferred to your bank account.

Who do I call if I have questions about my statement?

If you have questions about your new account statement, please feel free to contact a shareholder services representative during our normal business hours (Monday through Friday, 8am‐7pmCT)at 1­877‐dline11 or 1‐877‐354‐6311.

How do I set‐up online delivery of my quarterly statements and reports instead of receiving them by regular mail?
